This is a compact &cosy 26m2 Apartment. It is perfect for 1/2 people. There is a sleeping area & a seperated cooking zone with a writing desk in one room. Next to the room is entrance hall and bathroom. The owner lives in the same complex which is a former farmer house with several flats. She is a mother of three, sixty years old & nice to chat in german. All amenities, including Bus, trains, bakery, restaurants, supermarket, a few minutes walk. To Linz city center you need about 15 min(🚌🚅🚘) It is a quiet and green landscape around the house with a few neighbors. The yellow building is an old farmhouse with a few Apartments, your flat was renovated in 2018. So it is a cosy little Apartment but enough space for one, max two people and perfect for a short stay The furniture includes a wardrobe, bed, bedsidelamp, writingdesk & little kitchen. Sometimes you see a cat who is sneeking around the house. The flat is on ground floor. The Apartment includes (with guest Aids) -sleeping area, storage -cooking zone, kitchenware, dishes -Writing desk=kitchentable -Bathroom, toilet, shower, hairdryer, Shampoo -Boxroom -Entrancehall -Central heating -Hot shower -Fresh sheets &towels After booking you get my telephone number. We respect your privacy but you can ask for help any time. If it's possible, we can communicate in german as well. You have a lot of things nearby : supermarket ("Billa"&"Unimarkt), Post Office, Bank("Oberbank", "VKB", "Raiffeisenbank"), pharmacy, drug store ("Bipa"& "dm"), bakery, Restaurants(turkish, Italien..), Bars, Butcher's shop, Fitness center, Gas station. Nevertheless it is a quiet and green landscape around the house with a few neighbors. Bus station, bakery, coffee shop, supermarket, city center(leonding) are about 5 min to walk. You reach city center of Linz in 15-20 min by bus 19 (Linzer Linien). Bus station is called "Füchselbachstraße". You need 5 min by train to Linz (Lilo, Öbb). Trainstation is called "Leonding" and Station is about 10 min walk away. By car you drive only 5min to highway. A parking slot is available for extra fee. Since 01.01.2019 I have to pay *Tourismus tax* for each guest and night. The Price per night already includes the Tourismus tax, but that's why the Price per night is more expensive than in 2018!
