You will be woken by bird song, you can help yourself to apples from the trees and sample the good life at its best. Enjoy use of the extensive gardens with shared tennis courts found onsite. The amenities of Peltham can also be found a short distance away. Inside The accommodation is all set on one level and includes a charming lounge with comfortable seating, a dining area for two, a TV and DVD player. Self catering facilities in the kitchenette include an oven with two ring hob, a retro fridge and microwave. Bedrooms / Bathrooms There is one cosy double bedroom plus a shower room with WC and hand basin. Outside The property sits in a lovely garden with outdoor seating, hammock, a fire pit, shared tennis courts (racquets and balls supplied) and parking. Other Things to Note The rental price includes electrical heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. Availability The property is April from October. There are no facilities for children but babes in arms are welcome. Please note that the owner's friendly dogs reside at the house and maybe in the garden so should you have allergies, this property may not be suitable. Take a punt down the river with a guide, visit the cathedral or just enjoy the independent shops and beautiful setting. You can walk across the fields to two pubs, The Hop Pocket is 20 minutes walk with its friendly owners and great food or Rose and Crown in Stelling Minnis is 40 minutes. The Pig at Bridge is 4 miles for that special occasion. Visit Whitstable and eat oysters, meander along the harbour at Folkestone or stand on the White Cliffes at Dover.
