Lovely self-contained annexe with beautiful views over the garden and neighbouring fields. Open plan downstairs with lounge and games room containing table tennis table, comfy sofa bed, large TV, kitchenette, separate toilet and dartsboard with a spacious double bedroom with en-suite on the first floor. Short walk to Tackley train station with great links into London, Oxford and the Cotswolds. Lots of country walks, pubs and a few miles to Blenheim Palace, Woodstock and Bicester Retail Village. The annexe is located in an idyllic village in the Cotswolds, it is perfectly situated for visiting Oxford City, Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds. The self-contained annexe was renovated from a triple garage in 2016 and so everything is brand new, modern & bright and set within a beautiful garden which is surrounded by fields. It offers a spacious open plan living area with table tennis and darts, kitchenette and a comfy sofabed that sleeps two, a large TV and a separate toilet with sink. The bedroom is located on the first floor and has amazing views of the Oxfordshire countryside. It features a Kingsize bed, side cabinets, chest of drawers and plenty of wardrobe space. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and sink. We offer our guests complementary Wi-Fi (although WiFi strength can be patchy in the annexe). You will have sole use of the annexe which has it's own private locked entrance. There is plenty of space to park and you are more than welcome to use the garden. We live in the main house and whilst we will give you complete privacy, if we are around we are more than happy to help with any questions. Tackley is a picture perfect small Cotswolds village with church, train station, school, shop and pub. You can walk through a gate at the end of the garden through the fields and down in to the village and stop for a drink in the local pub before making the return! Tackley has a local train station with connections in to Oxford, London and the surrounding Cotswolds plus a bus service. The closest large train station is Oxford Parkway.
