The house has about 50m2. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen-dining room. A baby cot could be added upon request. Small rural house located in the natural park of "Sierra de Mariola", at about 900 meters of altitude. Ideal to disconnect and enjoy nature. It is a completely independent house, and there are no rooms that are shared with other guests. But owner's house is located a few meters away. The house has a garage and a large area with grass. The area is completely fenced. There are swings and space to rest and relax. There is the possibility of using a washing machine upon request. You can also request in advance an authentic handmade Valencian paella. Minimum for 4 people. 25€/ paella. The owners have a house in the same area, so they are open to help you if necessary. Nearby there are different routes to enjoy with the bicycle, or walking with the family on the mountain. There are impressive views of the medieval village of Bocairent (which is 5 minutes away by car.) Places of interest nearby: The town of Bocairent and its "covetes dels Moros", the "Cava Gran", Banyeres de Mariola, Agres, Alcoi, the "Font Roja", Ontinyent, the Vinalopó river, the "Pou Clar", and much more. Car is required to get to the house. Events in Bocairent: Medieval fair: 12th-13th-14th of October. Festivities of "Moros y Cristianos": The first weekend of February.
