Villa 170m2 Private swimming pool 6 kms Montpellier between beach and river 8-10 people

Come and have a good holiday with friends or family in our house ideally located between the beach and the river in the south of France near Montpellier! You can walk in 5 minutes on foot in a pretty pine forest. We are 6 km from Montpellier and 30 km from the beaches. The river is about 3 km away. A leisure center (paddles, canoes, pedalos) is located 30 minutes by car (Laroque). Pic Saint-Loup is 15 minutes away for wine and hiking enthusiasts. You can also spend beautiful days around the pool, playing games, having a barbecue, or lazing around! Our house has 4 bedrooms with Double beds, one of which is a 23m2 master suite with an adjoining bathroom. All the other rooms are between 20 and 14m2. We also have an additional 1st place mattress and a sofa bed. No air conditioning but it is an old house with thick walls that keep it cool inside in summer.
