It is a stunning 30 min walk to Budva old town along seafront promenade. Short drive to Sveti Stefan, spectacular views over the Adriatic and the surrounding mountains. There are restaurants and bars - including the ones on promenade and in Budva old town - and a local shopping center, supermarket, banks, beaches all within easy walking distance. Cheap local bus or taxi will take you to nearest hamlets like UNESCO protected old town of Perast, Kotor or luxury Porto Montenegro (30 min drive). You can order taxi by viber. Visitors to Montenegro holding a passport of any kind other than Montenegrin are subject to a daily tourist tax of 1 euro per person per day.
