Watergeus 'villa at the lake'

A luxury villa which is located in the South-West area of Friesland at the waterside of a small harbour that is directly connected to the lake 'the Fluessen' and 'the Morra'. The villa has a comfortable equipment (incl. internet, television, DVD) with a large living room and the kitchen is well facilitated. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with next to it the bathroom with toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a toilet. From the living room you get entrance to the terrace with sunbeds and a wide garden. There is a long pier where you can moor a boat and a ladder so it's easy for swimming. There is even an outdoor douche with warm water which is comfortable after swimming. Close to the site there are many facililities: sailing, surfing, swimming, fishing, biking, walking, golf. Many historical small villages like Hindeloopen and Stavoren are nearby. These villages are easy to reach by boat or bicycle. Smoking is not allowed. The villa is being rented for weekends, a mid week or a week.
