Cosy bedroom situated in the back of the house.

This is a lovely room situated at the rear of my house. It looks onto lovely trees and gardens. It’s full of books left over from my children who have now flown the nest. It’s a light and airy room very tranquil and is south facing. The kitchen is there to be used and the breakfast room is right next to it. Also south facing a light and airy space to be enjoyed while enjoying breakfast or working if needed … I will be there if needed feel free to ask for information about the area I am close to as in 10 minutes walk from riverside stadium which hosts Durham Count Cricket. Also hosts concerts and different outdoor and indoor events. Lumley castle is a very big wedding venue and a lovely place for afternoon tea or coffee they also have a wonderful restaurant. Next to the castle there is a very popular golf course. Another fabulous place is Beamish museum which is a super day out for anyone including children. The Northumberland coast is about half an hour away. I could go on ... The transport is literally 1 minute walk from my home buses to Newcastle Durham and Sunderland. The train station is a 10 minute walk into the town. The A1M is 2 minutes from my home... It just off the A1M near to Durham Newcastle & Sunderland. Also only 8 miles from the coast. We have a wonderful coast line and the countryside is stunning and literally 15 minutes and your there..
