Located in the heart of the Southdowns National Park an area of outstanding natural beauty. Ideally situated for the Southdowns Way. Cyclists and Walkers can enjoy many country roads, footpaths and bridleways. Close to Butser Hill and QE Country Park. A less than one minute walk takes you through the door of a beautiful Country Pub, The Bat & Ball, reputedly home of British Cricket. We are 30 minutes from Goodwood. Swimming Pool & Hot Tub available at extra cost, see details under house rules. We have a secure area for bike storage and a bike wash down facility. Accommodation is on first floor level with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. A sink is available for washing crockery etc. There is also a microwave Due to Covid-19 we have added a cleaning charge to ensure that our guests are well protected. The B&B will be subject to a deep clean by a professional cleaning company following each booking. Foyer, Main Accommodation, Pool Area and Hot Tub (extra cost), Driveway and Car Parking Area The B&B accommodation is set away from the main house so guests can enjoy complete privacy. The accommodation and gate to the property are access controlled, guests will be provided with the relevant access codes. Unspoilt English Countryside We have Jack Russell’s and consequently we do not permit other animals, pets onto the property. This is fixed rule to protect all. Breakfast comprises Fresh Bread (Toaster available), a selection of Cereals, Fresh Milk, Butter, Marmalade & a selection of Jams. There is also Tea & Coffee. There is also a fridge for guests use.
