Summer Villa, A Refreshing Escape

In this Summer House me and my family have spent our family vacations for many years. I can still remember me, my brother and sister playing in the garden, riding across the neighborhood with our bicycles and visiting the nearby beaches. My aspiration is for our guests to have a relaxing holiday, enjoy the sun and the beautiful sea and fill their luggage with the best memories. TThe house is located in a quiet family neighborhood, with almost no cars in the region. Just 4km from one of the most beautiful beaches in Attica, 40 mins from Athens Airport and 20 mins from Rafina port. The building extends in 2 floors of 100m² each. In the ground floor you can find a comfy living room, the dinning room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a 3-person bedroom and a small WC. On top of these, there is a great veranda with view to the garden. On the upper floor you can find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a great balcony where you can relax after your daily adventure. Last but not least is the build in barbecue on the side of the house where all the company can sit, drink and grill fresh meat!! - BBQ equipment - Large colorful garden Having spent my entire childhood in the neighborhood, i have the necessary background to provide you with the most interesting hints regarding the area as well as guide you to the best taverns, beaches and activities located nearby. Feel free to contact me, i will be more than happy to assist you. Straight in-front of the house there is a fenced playground where our small friends can have fun. For the bigger kids there is a basketball court right next to the playground. In a 2km area around the house you can find many areas to spend your time : - Beach bars along the sandy coast where you can relax or do water sports. - The Olympic Rowing center is just around the corner. There you can canoe or even bike around the lake - Hungry? No worries. You will be able to find a wide variety of restaurants ranging from local Greek dishes, to meat tavern to fresh fish. It's up to you. - You can also visit the monument of the Marathon Battle. Don't forget to walk by the beach of Marathon and drink a coffee with your feet on the water. Nea Makri, also in front of the sea, is a near by destination where you can find a more vivid night life. It's approximately a 15 minute drive from the house and you can drink your cocktails or grab a bite.
