Blue Waters s/c flat with stunning 180* sea views

Blue Waters flat has two en suite bedrooms, one Queen bedded room and one twin bedded room. Two full bathrooms. It has a large kitchen and lounge and deck with BBQ and stunning sea views. Sleeper couch available Fully equipped and serviced daily. Most morning we see dolphins, maybe 30 - 40. Durning winter months, July to December we also see whales. The apartment is on the first floor. There are steps wih a hand rail to access the flat. We are always happy to carry your luggage for you. All rooms have Satalight TV, safes, there is a lock-up garage and swimming pool. All rooms have BBQ facility. Rooms are serviced daily. My husband and I live on the property so I am always here to meet guests when they arrive. I have maps and information of the area and always give new guests advice of which are the best beaches, restaurants, places of interest, shops, etc. to visit in the area. There is tea and coffee in the rooms and fresh milk in the fridge on arrival. We are always available to answer any questions or requests. We have lived in this house for 24 years and we have run the B&B for 20 years! At the moment, 2016 - 2017 we are rated No 2 in Salt Rock on Trip Advisor B&B accommodation. Guests are welcome to use all the garden, swimming pool and fire pit areas on the property, the whole property is open and available to my guests, there are chairs and sun loungers by the pool for guests to use at all times. Beach towels are provided in the flat for pool and beach use. I live on the property and I will always be available to answer any questions and help with anything you might need. We live in a quiet Cul De Sac, all you will hear at night is the sound of the sea! There is a foot path to the beach 10 minutes down 15 minutes back, but it is quite a steep walk back up so I recomend you drive to the beach lots of safe parking and you walk on the beach! We are basicly a beach destination but lots of other activety near by, snorkelling in the sea, on reefs just off the beach, or in stunning tidal pools, 6 superb international golf courses, horse riding, surfing, kite surfing, mountain biking trails through the sugar cane, microlight flights along to beach to spot dolphins, whales and sharks! I can help you with info and booking of golf etc, and recommend walking and running trails. All info & maps for the area are in the apartment with all the information you could need. Unfortunately there is no public transport in our area so you do need a car to stay here. The beach is with-In walking distance but shops, restaurants, pubs takeaways etc are more than a kilometer away so you must drive. We do have Uber in the area so if you are attending a function or wedding you can find transport home. It is recommended that all food is put away in the cupboard/fridge as we do get visited my the monkeys most days usually + - 8 AM and + - 4 PM they are completely harmless and will not trouble you but will help them selves to a couple of bananas or bread rolls if left on the breakfast counter!!
