Penthouse Apartment on the Beach

This is a luxurious penthouse for people who enjoy quality. 180 degree sea view from 2 terraces. Right on a near endless white sandy shallow beach in the silent neighborhood of Roseto Beach Club 20 km from the Int Airport Lamezia Terme. High season: July and August. Just as good, if not better, before and after: May/June & September/October !!! Ideal for two people needing a lot of space. The living room has a spacious sofa turn double bed, that provides good living conditions for four people, if need be. Kitchen: A luxurious modern kitchen (induction stove, micro & steam & oven in one, fridge & freezer, toaster, dish washer, etc) and living room in one. A kitchen table and four chairs. Entertainment: 42" LCD, DVD & BluRay player & films, Chromecast for YouTube, Netflix, HBO, etc; AirZeppelin for iPod/iPad/iPhone player (Generation 6 and later with socket for docking or simply wifi) and Internet. Cooling/heating: AC in every room (even the bathroom), wall mounted heating radiator (for the cooler months). Living Room: Spacious sofa turn double bed, with puff. Bathroom: Spacious and luxurious with a washlet (Japanese toilet with remote controlled cleaning & heating functions), spacious walk-in shower, top end design sink, mirror, bathroom cupboards, washing machine and even an AC. Bedroom: Comfy bedroom with lots of storage place, iron and iron board, mounted certified safe, towels for indoors and the beach. Penthouse: Mind-blowing sea views complete with a kitchen with gas stove, sink, weather beaten fridge from salty winds (on the outside), pergola, weather resistant table and chairs (6), coffee colored coffee table and lower chairs (4), coffee colored sun beds, extra sen beds (white) for the beach), penthouse shower. Kitchen Terrace: Facing the sea view along the front of the apartment with a simple wooden table and two charming, but weather beaten chairs. Staircase to the roof top/penthouse. Remote controlled gates for car and beach. Email with the owner and coordinated help from a locally based rental company with a young English speaking crew. A small gated community hidden away in a friendly and silent neighborhood right on the beach. All you hear is low impact: the ocean, birds and the distant voices of people in the neighborhood. The only exception to this is the latter part of July and the month of August when a beach bar some 250 meters away play some distant music daytime and once a week hosts a nightclub that play music till late. There are plenty of car rental companies at the airport in Lamezia Terme. Unless taxi is your choice you can have me arrange that someone meets you for transport to the penthouse, handing over keys and attends to your other needs or wishes. Except for the holiday month of August, and perhaps July, this is a lovely escape from mass tourism to a calm, quiet and breathtakingly beautiful place and view. Endless kilometers of sandy beaches just outside your doorstep is hard to beat. The best kept secret for this gem is the weather pleasant months just before and after the high season.
