Artist´s residence

Ground level flat (appr. 60m2) with 2 rooms, self-built interiours and pieces of art, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, central heated with a small garden, hammocks and a firebowl. The corridor of the flat is also used by our family. It is the entrance to the garden. Also attached in the house: a woodworkshop, my atelier, where you can go with me on a design retreat to build your own furniture or learn sculpting in wood or learn overtone singing. The altitude behind our house is 850m. The River Pielach is 2km away and the mountain Gaisbühel is famous for its numerous cornel-trees, flowering in early April and fruiting in late September. There are regional suppliers for Cornel-Products, Ideal for gifts for those who stayed at home... Also some really good restaurants are only a few kilometers away. 2km away is a railway-station: Steinschal/Tradigist of the MariazellerBahn. 40 min travel from St. Pölten Main Station. There is a parking possibility for a small car by the house and a carpark only 50m from the house. The whole Apartment is a non-smoking zone. If you want to consume cigarettes, you can enjoy them in our garden. Due to the fact that we're living on the countryside, there is always the possibility of spiders, ants or other insects inside the rooms. We're cleaning all rooms carefully before your arrival, but there is no possibility to keep it insect free the whole time. None of them are poisonous or harmful.
