First Floor one bedroom apartment with a double bed and also a single bed and an en suite shower room, we have a flat screen smart tv with a sofa bed in the lounge and a small breakfast bar A one bedroom apartment located in pentyrch which is newly decorated with one double bed and en suite shower room, we have a smart tv which can stream netflix and other streaming services, free wifi and a small garden to the rear of the property and a small juliet balcony. we also have another two bedroom apartment located next door for larger groups. parking is off site in a car park over the road. A £29 one off cleaning fee is chargeable to all bookings. It will be either charged at the time you confirm your booking or at check in. A refundable damage deposit of £150 is required at check in.
