My place is close to parks, a river/stream, transport links, restaurants and dining, and is an 8 min drive to the beautiful surroundings of Moseley and King's Heath. It is also 20 minutes from both the Birmingham Airport and Birmingham city centre. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people in the neighbourhood. My place is open and welcoming to everyone, from couples to business travellers! Please read below for more information! Comfortably sized house with space for your storage. Lovely large garden ready for relaxing! Note: This cosy room contains an excellent quality double sofa bed. When you are not sleeping, it can be a lovely chill-out area and space to work. When you want to sleep, just pull the sofa bed out. The bed itself can accommodate two people comfortably, and will therefore take up the space of the room. Open areas for all! Feel free to use the kitchen to make yourself dinner etc. I have all the usual utensils. Gas hob, microwave etc I will do my utmost best to help you with places to visit, places to eat, events going on and help with public transport information. You can interact as little or as much as you wish - and please have your own space to do as you like. I want to make my guests feel welcome in my home! I'm very close to a canal which is well kept and offers a place to walk! The neighbourhood is very friendly and is usually quiet. We're also very close to nearby shops, supermarket, newsagents, food etc Bus stop right outside my house to get around! You can park in my drive and there is ample car parking space around if you have got a car too!
