Cosy room with balcony and bathroom

I offer a cozy Apartment with two bed rooms with balcony, TV and Wi-Fi for 2 people outside of Linz. A private bathroom is also available, all other rooms are shared. You can enjoy the green landscape, barbecue in the garden or walk along the river Krems. Public transport such as bus or train to Linz is nearby. However, I recommend coming by car! There is free parking in front of the house.
