Von dort aus lassen sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß - über Brücken die über zahlreiche Kanäle führen - erreichen. Meine Wohnung ist gemütlich, mit Flair eingerichtet und technisch perfekt ausgestattet. Als NonPlus Ultra erweist sich der Dachgarten, der im Sommer unerwartete Möglichkeiten bietet. Die 60qm Wohnung gliedert sich in Wohnzimmer, Büro, Küche, Flur, Bad, Schlafzimmer und traumhaften Dachterrassen. Im hellen Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine große gemütliche Leder Couch, die sich sehr gut als fünfte Schlafmöglichkeit nutzen lässt, unterschiedlichste interessante Reisemitbringsel von der ganzen Welt, eine 55" Sony LED 3D Smart HDTV Maschine mit SAT-Empfang Astra 19,2° Ost. Eine Klassische HIFI Anlage, Yamaha-Verstärker, Radio, CD und ultimative Teufel Boxen, div. AUX und HDMI Spots sind verfügbar. Zwei Spiel-Konsolen sind vorhanden - der Klassiker, Super Nintendo und Play Station 3 mit DVD & BLUE RAY Player, alle beide mit zahlreichen und unterschiedlichsten Spielen, auch kinderfreundlich. Literatur ist in Deutsch und Französisch vorhanden. Im hellen Büro befindet sich eine bequeme Schlafcouch, die sich in ein Super Doppelbett verwandeln lässt 140cm x 200cm. Perfekt geeignet für 2 Erwachsene, oder auch für 3 KiDs. Des Weiteren befindet sich hier ein heller aus Holz gestalteter Arbeitsplatz. Hier ist auch mein JURA Kaffee Vollautomat zu Hause. Perfekter Genuss! Kaffee, Kaba & Tee "FLATE RATE" in zahlreicher Auswahl vorhanden. Genießt so viel Ihr wollt! Die Küchenmöbel sind aus Frankreich, die Arbeitsplatten sind aus massivem amerikanischen Nussbaum. Die Spüle kommt aus einem alten Bauernhaus. Alle Werkzeuge die in einer modernen Küche gebraucht werden sind vorhanden. Das selbe gilt für sehr gute Grund-Nahrungsmittel und Gewürze, Essig & Öl. Zur Unterstützung steht eine moderne rote RETRO Spülmaschine, und ein auf klassisch gestylter Elektro Herd mit CERAN Kochfeld und Backofen zur Verfügung. Ein großer amerikanischer Kühlschrank macht die kleine Küche perfekt. Der große Esstisch aus europäischem Nussbaum befindet sich gleich um die Ecke im Flur. Die Essecke erinnert an eine kleine Bar, man sitzt auf hochwertigen Leder-Barhockern. Ebenso verfügt der Essbereich und die Küche über zwei weitere kleine Boxen, die mit der HIFI Anlage im Wohnzimmer bedient werden können. Im Badezimmer fehlt es an nichts - eine große Badewanne die zum Duschen oder Baden einlädt, zahlreiche Handtücher, sowie sämtliche Hygieneartikel, wie Cremes, Shampoo, Duschgel... Ebenso steht eine MIELE-Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Das Schlafzimmer beherbergt ein großes selbstgemachtes Himmelbett 140cm x 200cm. Das Bett wird für unsere Gäste immer komplett frisch bezogen sein. Es befinden sich zwei große Spiegel im Schlafzimmer. Eine große schwarze Kommode steht für Kleidung zur vollen Verfügung. In einer anderen Kommode befinden sich u.a. hohe Luftmatratzen mit elk. Pumpe. Diese haben folgende Abmessungen 2x 140cm x 200cm x 50cm und einmal 90cm x 200cm x 50cm. Diese können in der Wohnung sowie auf der Dachterrasse verwendet werden. Die Dachterasse... Sie ist eine wunderbare Oase in der City. Sie ist nicht klein... Sie ist Urlaub! Sie besteht aus mehreren Ebenen. Die oberen sind perfekt zum Sonnenbaden bis zum Sonnenuntergang geeignet. Das Hauptdeck mit dem massiven Eichenholztisch ist im Hochsommer gegen 16.00 Uhr im Schatten. Es gibt sonnige und schattige Abschnitte auf der Terrasse. Des weiteren gibt es eine Hängematten Area, einen Bar-Tresen, div. Sitzmöglichkeiten (Liegestühle, Stühle, Baumstämme), div. Steckdosen, WLAN ist über Repeater verfügbar, Radio, eine Outdoor-Truhe (mit Axt und Holz). Abgerundet wird es durch einen großen Holzkohle WEBER-Grill Ø 55cm, mit einem beliebten Pizza Stein, Spieße für Schaschlik und.... Es sind jede Menge Kerzen verfügbar, die die Dachterrasse in einem ganz besonderen Ambiente strahlen lässt. In der Rollladen-Box, befindet sich ein LG LCD-HDTV 60" mit SAT Empfang. Während den Hoch Sommer Monaten, Juni, Juli & August kann man Super auf dem Dach schlafen. From the Old-Town you can discover just in a few minutes - over small bridges and little rivers - all the sights of the town, very good Restaurants and great shopping possibilities. My apartment is designed homely and comfortable with Flair, and is technical perfect equipped. As a NonPlus Ultra proves the Roof Top an unbelievable Garden, which gives you in Summer unexpected possibilities to discover. The 60 square meters flat subdivides in Living Room, Office, Kitchen, Floor, Bathroom, Bedroom, and the huge paradisiacal designed Roof Garden. In the bright Living Room you can find my big leather Couch, which can be used optimal as a fifth sleeping spot, several different Souvenirs from all over the World, a 55" SONY Smart LED 3D HDTV Machine with a Satellite Receiver programmed to ASTRA 19,2° East. A Classic HIFI System with, amplifying YAMAHA equipment, Radio, CD and ultimate Teufel Speakers, diverse AUX and HDMI Spots are additional available. Two game-consoles are available - the classic- Super Nintendo and a Play Station 3 with DVD & BLUE RAY Player, both with a lot of different types of Games, also child-friendly. Literature is available in German and French. In the bright Office you can find my additional comfortable Sleeping Couch, which can be transformed into a super Double Bed 140cm x 200 cm. This Bed is perfect for two adults or also you can use it for three KiDs. In Addition there is my designed Office Table and business work Place. There is my fully automated coffee machine - a JURA - at home. Genius Gusto. Coffee, Tea, and Cacao “FLATE RATE”. Drinks as much as you want! The Kitchen furniture are from France, the worktop is an American walnut tree. The sink comes from an old Farm House. All tools which you need in a modern Kitchen are present. The same goes for good basic foodstuffs, such as Spices, Vinegar and Olive Oil. For your Support you have a modern red RETRO Dishwasher, and one of old designed new electric Cooker. This Cooker is working with ceramic glass hobs and includes a backing oven. A big American Refrigerator makes the tiny Kitchen complete. The big dinning Table, made from a European walnut tree, is just around the corner in the floor. The dinning corner reminds a small Bar, you sit on high qualitative leather barstools. In the dinning Area and the Kitchen are two additional Speakers which you can operate from the HIFI System in the living Room. In the Bathroom, you will miss nothing - a big bathtub for showering or taking a bath. Several Towels, as well as a lot of sanitary products like, Shampoo, body washes, Crèmes, etc. There is also the MIELE Toploader Wash-machine located, which is at your free disposal. The Bedroom harbored a huge selfmade four-poster bed 140cm x 200cm. The Bed will be always complete and fresh upholstered for our Guests. In the Bedroom two big mirrors are situated. A big black three-drawer dresser can be used by our Guests. In another blanket box you'll find additional high air matrasses, with electrical supplied pumps. These have following sizes 2x 140cm x 200cm x 50cm and one Singel 90cm x 200cm x 50cm. You can use them Indoor as well as on the Roof Top. The Roof Garden. It is a wonderful and marvelous Oasis in the City. It is not small. It is Holidays! The Roof Top is composed of several Levels. The Top Plains are perfect for sunbathing or watch the sunset. The main Deck with the massive oak wood table is in High Summer after 16.00 in the shadow. You have sunny and shadow sections at the terrace. In addition, you have a Hang-rock Area, a small bar counter, different Seat possibilities (deckchair, chairs and logs), diverse electric outdoor sockets, WLAN is available viva Repeater, Radio, Outdoor-chest (with Wood & Axe). Its round off by a big WEBER Barbecue Grill Ø 55cm, a popular Pizza Stone, double prong Skewers and... A lot of candles are available - when those shins - the Roof Garden is lighted in a magnificent atmosphere. Into the selfmade Sutter-box, you will find a large 60" LG LCD HDTV, supported by a SAT receiver. During high Summer Months, June, July, August, you can awesome sleep the night outside. No Mosquitos are existing, they don't live downtown. ******************************* FRANÇAIS ****************************** L'appartement ce situe au milieu de la vielle ville historique de Augsburg. « Altstadt ». Les lieux touristiques, restaurants et boutiques sont à proximité et accessible à pied - souvent accessible par des petits ponts pour passer diverses canaux qui traverse la ville. Mon appartement est très agréable, meublé avec flair et techniquement parfaitement équipé. En extra ce trouve un joli jardin -terrasse- sur le toit qui donne des opportunités inattendues en été. L'appartement de 60 m2 ce compose d'un salon, un bureau, une cuisine, un couloir, une salle de bain, une chambre et pour couronner le tout une magnifique terrasse sur le toit. Dans le salon ce trouve un canapé en cuir qui ce propose bien pour la couchette d'une 5eme personne. On y trouve aussi une petite bibliothèque de livres allemand et français, des petits souvenirs de nos escapades dans le monde, une télé 55" Sony Smart LED 3D HDTV avec réception satellite Astra 19,2° est, une chaine HIFI, amplificateur Yamaha, Radio, CD et des ultimes haut-parleurs Teufel – des prise Aux et HDMI sont aussi disponibles. Deux consoles de jeux sont à votre disposition, une Super Nintendo et une Playstation 3 (DVD & lecteur Blueray) tout deux accompagnées de divers jeux pour petit et grand. Dans la 2eme chambre à coucher ce trouve un canapé transformable en lit double 140cm x 200cm bien confortable, approprié pour 2 adultes ou aussi pour 3 enfants selon l’âge. Dans cette pièce ce trouve aussi le bureau en boit, qui est de jour, bien éclairé par la lumière de dehors. Vous y trouverez aussi une machine à café « Jura » – nous mettons à votre disposition café, thé et chocolat, profitez-en ! La cuisine est constituée de meubles français et le plan de travail est en Noyer américain. Elle est équipé d'un levier façon « à l'ancienne/ferme », un lave vaisselle rouge rétro, des plaques de cuissons électrique, un four et bien-sure un Frigo. Tout les ustensiles utiles sont à votre disposition ainsi que les aliments basique, de l'huiles, des épices... La table à manger ce trouve dans le coin du couloir, juste à coté de la cuisine. Elle est construite en noyé européen et rappel à un bar avec ces chaises hautes toutes en cuirs. Des hauts-parleurs sont aussi installés dans cette pièce ainsi que dans la cuisine, commandé depuis la chaine HIFI dans le salon. Dans la salle de bain il ne manque de rien. Une baignoire appropriée pour une douche ou pour prendre un bain. Des serviettes de bains, gel douche, shampoing, crème... sont disponibles. Une machine à laver Miele est aussi prêt à l'emploi. Dans la chambre ce trouve un lit double en bois fait mains 140cm x 200cm. Le lit est toujours fraîchement préparé avec des draps propre. Vous y trouverez aussi 2 grands miroirs et une grande commode noir pour vos vêtements. Dans une autre commode, entre autre, ce trouve des matelas gonflable électrique de grandeur 2x 140cm x 200cm x 50cm et 90cm x 140cm x 50cm. Aussi bien utilisable dans l'appartement que dehors sur la toit. La terrasse sur le toit, une oasis en ville. Elle n'est pas petite, c'est un dépaysement complet ! Vous vous sentirez vraiment en vacances. Elle est construite en plusieurs niveaux. Les supérieurs sont parfaitement adaptée pour un bain de soleil jusqu'au couché de soleil. La terrasse principale du bas ce trouve à l'ombre vers 16 heure. Il y a des coins ensoleillé et d'autres à l'ombre, parfait pour l'envie de chacun. Une grande table en bois de chêne fais main ce trouve sur la terrasse pour des repas en famille ou en amis.Vous y trouverez aussi un coin hamac, un bar/comptoir, des chaises longue, des prises électrique, un répéteur Wifi, une Radio, un coffre qui contient du bois et une hache. Pour couronner le tout un barbecue Weber Ø 55cm est à votre disposition avec tout le nécessaire. Il est conseillé quand la nuit tombe d'allumer les bougies pour rendre une jolie ambiance lumineuse. Dans le volet roulant ce trouve une télé LG, LCD-HDTV 60", réception satellite. Pendant la haute saison durant les mois de juin, juillet, août il est approprié de dormir aussi sur la toit. Ein sehr ruhiges Plätzchen. Die historische Altstadt lässt sich in wenigen Gehminuten erkunden. In der Altstadt findet ihr zahlreiche Boutiquen und edle Restaurants. Die größte innerstädtische Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist die „City Galerie“ (8min). Augsburg ist eine Stadt des Wassers. Es fließen zwei große Flüsse durch die Stadt, wobei die „Wertach“ hier in Augsburg in den „Lech“ mündet. Die Trinkwasserqualität in Augsburg zählt zu den Besten der Republik. Ganz Augsburg besteht aus einem riesengroßen Kanal System und sehr viele dieser Kanäle führen, teils unterirdisch meistens jedoch sichtbar, durch die Altstadt. Ein solcher Kanal ist gleich um die Ecke. Unglaublich aber wahr: Augsburg besitzt mehr Brücken als Venedig, daher auch der Beiname. „Augsburg die nördlichste Stadt Italiens“. ******************************* ENGLISCH ***************************** You have chosen the most beautiful corner in Augsburg. A very nice quiet spot. The Historic District you can discover in just a few minutes on foot. In the Old-Town you will find many small boutiques and fine dish restaurants. Through the town flows two big rivers, whereby the “Wertach” ends here and flows into the “Lech”. Augsburg has one of the best potable water in the whole Country. Whole Augsburg is composed of an enormous Channel-System and many of those are – partly underground, but mostly visible – in the Old-Town. One of this brooks is just around the corner. Deux fleuves coulent à travers la ville, le “Lech”, et le “Wertach” qui ce termine à Augsbourg et qui ce jette dans le “Lech”. La ville Augsbourg a une des meilleurs eaux potables de la république.
