Holly Tree Cottage

Holly Tree Cottage is a self contained, self catering property, situated in a stunning rural location, with countryside views and plenty of walking and biking options available. The welcoming Fox and Hounds pub is a 5 minute walk away serving great food. Just a few minutes drive into the historic market town of Northallerton, there is easy access to shops, bars and restaurants. Table tennis, a climbing frame and trampoline are available on site for guests to use. A warm welcome awaits! Set on a hill top with views over the North Yorkshire Moors, Holly Tree Cottage enjoys a peaceful rural location, but with the added benefit of being just a couple of miles from all of the amenities of the lovely market town of Northallerton. On a 5 acre plot, guests are welcome to explore the grounds, visit the horses, and to play table tennis in the barn. For children there is shared access to a play area with climbing frame, swing and slide plus a sunken 14ft trampoline. There is ample parking and a separate gate access for guests. The cottage is next to our home, so we will be around if needed. Please note that the kitchen is equipped with hobs and a combined microwave convection oven, but does not have a full oven.
