The house is on a quiet one way street with a stone's throw to the train stop...1 minute walking. Nice neighborhood and neighbors. The house has been recently renovated and has a new bathroom on the first floor and a half bathroom on the ground floor. There is a comfortable privately enclosed terrace where you can have your morning coffee and croissants. The kitchen is spacious and has a sunroof which allows lots of light at all times. You will enjoy the space and light. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom with detergent and softener at your disposal. Quiet street and not much car/people traffic. The train is 2 minutes walking. You can check the schedule online easily. This is a pet-free and no-smoking zone. Thanks for being attentive.
