Quiet place near centre of Piestany

LIMITED RESERVATIONS - WE ARE PRIVIDING THE HOUSE TO A FAMILY FROM UKRAINE —- Located in Banka (formerly part of Piestany), in a close proximity of Piestany Spa. Modern fully equipped house with spacious garden. A great basecamp for walks, bike trips, or just chilling in the quiet private garden. KIDS UP TO 12 ARE FREE The house is a complete reconstruction of 1-storey cube. With approx 110m2 of living space, the house provides minimalistic comfort for 7 people. We typically use it as 2 adults and 2 children, but over the weekends, another family (2+2) come in. Kids room is spacious with big window to the street and with 2 smaller Ikea double beds. Bedroom is small, with 1 big comfortable double bed and 1 sofa that is OK to sleep on, (even if you are 2m tall). Bathroom has a small tube and spacious shower. Washing machine with dryer function is located here. Living area is connected kitchen + living room with huge sofa and has door to the garden. Guests will have access to the whole house and garden, except half of storage room (wardrobe). It is also possible to use 2 adult bikes (incl. 1 child seat) and 2 kids bikes upon agreement. Owners won't be present during the stay. House has neighbors from one side, but is the last on the street, therefore it provides lots of privacy. There is a nearly-vertical wall on one end of the garden. It was created artificially approx 50 years ago. Beautiful species of birds returns every year to dig the nest in the wall. So it's a nice theater watching parrot-like birds flying around.
