The house is a brick built semi with rooms on three floors. The ground floor has one Double/Single occupancy room with lounge, TV and fridge, with a separate WC and wash basin. Second Floor, three Double rooms, one is ensuite, with TV and fridge, and a single room. Also a shared Shower/WC room. Third floor is a Family room with Double bed, two singles and a cot if required. Parking for three cars. There is use of the kitchen, Dining room and Patio. Free Tea/Coffee available. Choice of ground floor or second floor single/double bed room with use of the house shower room/ WC depending on availability. Guests also have access to the kitchen, downstairs toilet, Patio and garden. Public transport, Buses/Train/ Good Taxi service. Generally available at all times. Otley, a small Historic Market Town situated in the Wharfe Valley, a Mecca for Walking / Cycling and motoring. Also situated close to Otley Golf course and the River Wharfe for boating and fishing. It has a Agricultural Show in May, a walking Festival in June. It has Town centre Cycling road Racing in June and a Folk Festival in September to name a few of its attractions. Easy access to the Great Yorkshire Show in July. The Historic Walled city of York, Stately Homes and many more Historic sites close by. There's a Bus stops outside the house. Town centre within easy walking distance. Ten minutes drive from Leeds & Bradford airport. Short walk to Menston Railway Station.
