Static Caravan on private garden

Situated in Stickford at the base of the Lincolnshire Wolds this is a great place to explore Lincolnshire. Wonderful dog friendly beaches 25 minutes away with plenty of walking and fishing locally. The historic city of Lincoln is 45 minutes, and the seaside town of Skegness is 15 miles away. The caravan is situated in our garden which has a large pond so children must be supervised at all times. We have two dogs and 5 flightless ducks so visiting dogs must be well behaved and friendly. The caravan is situated in our garden overlooking the silkie bantams, the bluebell chickens and two rabbits, on an acre of land along a quiet fen road with very little traffic. There are also 5 ducks who live on the pond, Hughie, Louie, Jemima, April & Hope as well as the Guinea pigs, Neville, Ted and Bill. Children are welcome to visit the animals and help feed them. You are welcome to access all parts of the garden and there is a barbecue available. Due to our large pond children must be supervised at all times. If you need to use a taxi whilst visiting please let me know at the time of booking as it will need to be booked well in advance. Please note there is no public transport available. We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible and will be on hand to help out if needed. Picnics can be provided for a cost of £5 per head but we can also provide a cool box and freezer packs for you to organise your own food. A fresh loaf will be provided on arrival as well as half a dozen fresh eggs. Fresh barbecue packs can be provided at a cost of £7 per head including salad and homemade bread. There is an additional charge of £2.50 for charcoal. Evening meal plus dessert is available for at a cost of £8.50 for one course, £12 for two courses, £16 for three courses. All prices are per person. Cooked breakfast £6 per head. Afternoon Tea, minimum 4 people, £6 per head. 24 hours notice is required for food. Children's Activities: BakingCooking £12 per child for 2 hours, 3 children max, 2 hour session - discuss with Claire A travel cot can be provided but guests will need to provide bedlinen There is also a lightweight pushchair for guests use Fold up chairs and windbreaks can also be borrowed for trips to the beach
