We provide a small welcome pack for our guests. Free parking in spacious private car park, small outdoor area at the front of the house. The kitchen is furnished with an induction hob, oven, microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and washing machine for your convenience. For your entertainment, the living room has 40" Smart TV with freeview and access to Netflix and Amazon (you must have your own subscription to access these). There is also a DVD player with a small selection of DVDs. Superfast broadband with excellent signal throughout the house means you can check your emails, social media and stream movies with ease. The bedroom has a king size bed, with luxury linen. Our bed linen is 100% cotton and we use 300 thread count fitted sheets and 600 thread count duvet cover and pillowcases. 300 threads and 600 threads to every inch of cotton makes some very indulgent bed linen. We have both feather & down pillows and soft support pillows depending on your preference (whichever is not on the bed will be in the airing cupboard in the bedroom), and the duvet is a 13.5 tog luxury ‘like down’ duvet (233 thread count) with a 100% cotton cover. Modern white bathroom suite, with loo, sink, bath and quality chrome fittings and Victorian style mixer tap/shower and shower curtain. We provide freshly laundered towels in the bathroom, and a supply of quality eco-friendly loo rolls, and courtesy shampoo/conditioner/shower wash. A modern eco water pump has been recently installed along with a new water tank in the loft to ensure there is great water pressure both upstairs and downstairs. Located in a private residential area, just 10 minutes' drive from Farnborough centre, the major business parks in Fleet and Farnborough; Farnborough Exhibition Centre and Farnborough Airport. The house also benefits from being located close to motorway links making access to towns/cities on the M3 very easy. London Waterloo station is just 35 minutes from Farnborough Main station, which is approx 10 minute drive. This house is perfect if you want a relaxing place from which to base yourself, but with VERY easy access to Fleet, Farnborough, and motorway and rail links. Farnborough Airport and Farnborough Exhibition Centre can be easily reached without going through Farnborough town centre, just use a short cut route through Cove which will take you out almost next to the airport perimeter road. Heating is provided by panel heaters which have been set to a comfortable consistent temperature. You can increase/decrease the temperature to suit your requirements using the controls at the top of each panel heater. We live locally but generally leave our guests to their own devices - but in case of emergency, we're available. We provide an information pack with key details about the property and also the surrounding area. This property is located in a quiet residential area in Farnborough - a couple of minutes' drive to the M3, and less than 10 mins drive to either Farnborough or Fleet town centres. Farnborough Main railway station (which provides direct trains to London Waterloo in 35 mins) is approx 10 minute drive (and parking is available at the station). There is a pub within a few minutes' walk from the house (a pathway through the development provides a short cut!), a Starbucks and steakhouse within 15 minutes' walk, and a host of restaurants within 10-15 minutes' drive. If you're attending an exhibition at the Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre, then our house also offers the perfect spot to base yourself during your visit. If you enjoy walking, there are great spaces within 5 minutes' drive - Fleet Pond; Hawley woods and the recently opened Southwood country park. All people and dog friendly :) There is a bus route on the main road (few minutes' walk from the property), the M3 is a few minutes' drive, London (35 mins) is accessible from Farnborough Main train station; and M4 and M25 motorway networks are easily accessible. The house is perfect for Farnborough Aiport (Farnborough Airshow), Farnborough Exhibition Centre, and Farnborough town centre - being around a 7-10 minute drive to all of these places. Many tourist destinations are within 30-45 travel including: Windsor Castle, London, Birdworld, Thorpe Park theme park, Alice Holt Forest, Farnborough Air Show (next scheduled event in 2022), Farnham Castle, Farnborough Air Sciences Museum, St Michael's Abbey, Discovery Centre in Bracknell, Alpine Snowsports Centre. Further afield, but good day trips include Winchester, Salisbury, New Forest, Portsmouth and Bournemouth.
