Our home is set in hundreds of acres of farm land and forestry. It is surrounded by fantastic walks, including Foremark reservoir and nature reserve, Staunton Harold, Calke Abbey and many good country pubs. Our local towns are Ashby de la Zouch, Melbourne, Ticknall, and Burton on Trent. We have ample off-road car parking. There's a bus stop at the end of the farm lane, with a regular service to Derby and Swadlincote. In addition, we are about 15 minutes drive from East Midlands Airport, and a similar distance from several railway stations - including East Midlands Parkway (15~20 minutes), Tamworth (25 minutes), Derby or Burton.
