Il Bozzino is one of the two apartments located in Villa il Giuggiolo, an old rustic farmhouse whose oldest part is probably from the 1500s. On the edge of a quiet country village it is completely autonomous and independent, with a large private garden shaded from trees. It has its own independent access, private parking and a garden of about 700m2 which extends from the entrance to the living room to the shared swimming pool. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and allow the use of additional beds on request. The house is easily reachable with a comfortable well-maintained road that leads to the entrance of the property and is located a short distance from our restaurant, from fantastic grocery stores and a few minutes from the center of Cortona, a well-known medieval town, supermarkets, ATMs, and train station. The Cortona area is very central: you can reach places such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Monticchiello, Lucignano, Arezzo, Lake Trasimento, Perugia, Corciano, in about 30 minutes by car, other places such as Orvieto, Siena, Montalcino, Val D'orcia , Assisi, Spello, in about 60 minutes or less. Florence is about 1 hour and a half and Rome is also less than 2 hours. The interior of the house is well cared for, with traditional antique furniture and the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes and glasses as well as pots pans and various equipment.
