The Lodge Two bedroom annexe with private entrance

Self-catering 2 bedroom annexe for two to four adults, with separate entrance and off-road parking spaces. Cosy but spacious accomodation within a short distance of Arundel Castle. A few minutes walk from ancient woodland and a short drive from Goodwood and beaches including The Witterings. The entrance is through the kitchen which has a cooker, microwave and under counter fridge. The hallway leads to one double bedroom with storage, and then the lounge with dinning area. Back along the corridor past the kitchen is the bathroom which has a separate shower cubicle. A coat cupboard, then the final bedroom, which is another double bedroom with hanging space. This room can also be made up as a twin room, (please request). Off-street parking space on driveway, there is plenty of free parking nearby. Private entrance. Patio area with shared garden space with hosts. There are plenty of board games and a book swap area. We are usually around if needed, but a text message will get a response if any issues. The Lodge here at Hazel Grove backs onto an ancient woodland which can be accessed easily from the property. There is lots of wildlife around including woodpeckers and deer. The nearby town of Arundel has both a Castle and Cathedral which dominates the hillside. The Duke of Norfolk and his family still reside there and are often seen in and around the town. Littlehampton and Bognor are a few miles away. Climping beach is about 10 mins in the car. We have off street parking for a car and there is plenty of parking in the road. There is a local post office with shop that has essentials about 5 mins walk through the wood, or a 20 min stroll into Arundel town itself. The nearest beach is approximatley 10 mins by car. We do not cater or have facilities for children or pets at this property.
