Our apartment is ideally located near the motorway and offers all the requested comfort for couples, business travelers and families alike. The pretty and comfortable apartment has 2 rooms of about 40 m²: living room, bedroom, terrace, separate entrance, parking. When making your booking, do not forget to send me a message specifying the name of each traveller, the reason for your visit and your arrival time. Before booking: booking for a third party is not allowed by Airbnb. For business bookings, please go to the "airbnb for work" website. You will be required to show ID upon arrival. The keys will only be handed over to the person / profile who booked. Do not forget to look at the location of our apartment on the map and above all to read the HOUSE RULES. Vaccinated and convalescent: access without restrictions with proof of vaccination or recovery (not older than 3 months). Non-immunized persons : entry only with a negative test result. Visitors can easily visit Stuttgart, Heidelberg, Würzburg, Nuremberg and Karlsruhe as well as the many castles and vineyards of our region, the " Swabian Tuscany ". The living room includes all the amenities expected for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The apartment situated in the basement is still luminous. A curtain divides the living room from the bedroom. The living room sofa can be converted into a double bed (140x200), a single bed (90x200) can be added. The bedroom is furnished with a kingsize bed of 180 x 200 cm. At the end of our street (400m), there is a swimming pool which entry is 1 € for adults and 0,40 € for children. The nearest shops are among others 3 minutes to a bakery, a butcher, a bank and 5 minutes to a supermarket. Breitenauer See is 7 km away, Weinsberg is 6 km away and the motorway is 6 km away. Please leave the apartment clean, i.e.: dishes clean and tidy, toilets visually clean, all work surfaces and tables must be clean (no traces of food), beds unmade, garbage cans taken out. If the cleanliness of the accommodation is not satisfactory, a pay out of € 50 will be requested within 24 hours of your departure. At disposal: bicycles, ping pong table. 2 parking places are available. We like to leave our guests alone, but we are quite ready to chat with them. For information of any kind, we are available either in person or by Airbnb messaging. We live upstairs and you are welcome to ring the bell for any information. Our apartment is located in Wimmental, a small village part of Weinsberg. You can enjoy many walks in the surrounding vineyards and forests. The village has in addition to its famous swimming pool, a playground and a football field. A bus stop is located 50 m from our house. You can also take the tram (SBahn) 16 mn on foot or 5 mn by bike. We share the laundry and the lower garden with our guests.
