Seaside villa with exceptional view of Vathi bay!

This beautiful villa is fully-equipped to offer a comfortable vacation. It is located 1-minute walking distance from the small quiet sandy beach, while a path can lead to other two small beaches as well as the main beach of Vathy. The visitor can have a variety of options according to interest. This means either relax and enjoy the ideal ambience or get prepared for numerous activities on the island. Whatever the choice, a visitor will have a pleasant stay in a really picturesque location! The villa has a magnificent panoramic view. The ground floor patio and the beautiful verandas on both floors reveal the view of Vathy village and the blue sea of the bay. The visitor can relax on the sunbeds under the shade of the wooden pergola or enjoy the comfortable rooms of this traditional Cycladic home. The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen, ceramic tableware and a dining space with table. A traditional sofa bed can be prepared upon guests' request as a large double bed. A bathroom with shower and a small storage place is also available. Moreover, the visitor can relax in the large cozy living room with television set, chess and other board games. The first floor has 2 bedrooms; the master bedroom with a queen size bed, and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and an extra single bed. This room can either sleep 3 children or 2 adults. On the first floor there is the main spacious bathroom with the large bathtub, along with the separate laundry room that leads to the upper garden. Both rooms have a stunning sea view veranda. Free wi-fi is provided all over the residence. Open parking space and playground equipment are to visitors’ disposal. Useful tips and extra information for outdoor recreation and sport activities during stay is available upon request. Beach towels are also provided for guests convenience. The villa offers an independent stay in a tranquil spot at one end of Vathy bay. Public transportation (shuttle bus) from or to Vathi beach is 10-minutes walk from the house.
