Casa Beatrice: typical tradizional house renovated in July 2013, fantastic sea views over the Gulf from every window, a terrace to have dinner enjoying stunning sunsets, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is specially equipped for hosting a baby. Casa Beatrice is a full immersion into mediterranean atmosphere: located at the "hearth" of the village historical down down, you can enjoy a wonderful sea view from every window, with stunning sun set on the vulcan island "Stromboli". you can experience the fascinating atmosphere of old town which strolling in the narrow streets with "smelling of the past times when the poeple used to be fisheran or rich sailing merchants. You can see the old curches roof and listen to the old bell tower melody. You can relax in the silence of a quite place located in a small walking only street, but if you like to walk 150 mt and reach the lively main square with the belvedere terrace on the gulf view, with plenty of small shops and restaurants. Or you can have fun buying fresh fish or meet in the the old stile served shops and then cook at home in a perfectly equipped kicken.. finally enjoying dinner on the terrace watching at the sunset. And if you ilke swim.. just 10min walk and you can swim in the crystal water of the village small bay. The House is independent and provides guests with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen area, all appliances you need to make your holiday comfortable and wi-fi internet access. There is a terrace on the roof, where you can have dinner. The Landlord is not present during the stay of guests, but in case of necessity there are trusted people to revert for help. The same person will welcome you at the check in and help at the check out. The landlord -Elisabetta& Nicola- is more than happy to provide you with advice on Pizzo and his surrounding to help you make the most of your vacation if you want ot explore nature anh histoary or just relax and experince good food :-) . Beatrice House is located in a quiet pedestrian alley, just 200 metres from the main square of the village with restaurants, cafes, the aragonese Castle and the belvedere on the Gulf, and several shops. A public parking is available 100 metres walk from casa beatrice. Lamezia airport is 25 km away. About 1 km you will find the local train station. For a long stay aiming to Explorer the surroundings places of natural or historical interest, it recommented to rent a car. To enjoy Pizzo old town and the sea/ beaches the car is not needed. We require a deposit of 150 euros. The cleaning costs are one off 50 € regardless of length of stay. On guest request,It is possible to organize the weekly cleaning. It is possible to rent bed and bath linen (set 3 towels per person) at a price of 35 € for two persons. At the request of the guests it is possible to supply of clean linen weekly (35 €/coppia/week) or they can provide if the washing (the House is equipped with washing machine)
