The Upstairs Pool Lodge, (sleeps 2-4) is part of a new high end retreat, with pool, hot tub, and 12 acres with incredible views and facilities. Just one hour from Central London. Our lodges are located in at the top of a beautiful valley, with private land spread out all the way to the River Rother below. There is a heated swimming pool available to guests, and a hot tub. Amongst the fields, forests and river walks of the farm there are many private areas to relax, uninterrupted, for as long as you wish. Please let us know of numbers and ages of the guests coming. After 2 guests, any guests requiring a bed cost an extra £20 (travel cots are free). Apart from the other Lodges and farm house, all areas of the farm are available to guests, unless marked "Private", or "Staff Only". If necessary, after being shown around, my wife and I (or a designated staff member) will be available for guests to contact in case of extraordinary circumstances. This is an "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty" and within 5 miles of our farm, we are lucky to have many fantastic facilities and farm shops and other suppliers nearby to visit during your stay. Great days out can include - Bewl Water, Bedgebury Forest (featuring a Go Ape treetop adventure park), Bodiam Castle, Arena Pursuits' with it's quad biking and paint balling, and many activities we can arrange here such as Falconry, Foraging and much more. There are also a fabulous network of Public Footpaths that lead off directly from our farm, and you could spend a lot of time walking or cycling, without even needing a car. We are 3 minutes from Etchingham Station which goes direct to London in 70 minutes (Charing Cross, London Bridge and Waterloo all en route) and are located 30 minutes South East of Tunbridge Wells, and 20 minutes from Hastings on the south coast.
