Recently renovated, stylish blend of old and new. This cottage has lovely views of the local common and amazing sunrises from the easterly facing windows. Just look for the White front door and the *Hikers & Bikers* Sign. There is a key safe at the front of the property. The cottage has a normal set of stairs with handrail, Hard floor in entrance hall and kitchen. There is a bespoke bench in the entrance that is great for storing your hiking boots under and sitting on to do up your laces. Alternatively, flip up the seat and it becomes a 4 Bike rack so you can bring in your Precious equipment. Self contained cottage Wheeler End is a lovely little hamlet with local pub just across the common, sorry about the hill but hey we all need to earn that pint don't we. Parking space directly outside the front of the cottage. Local shops in Lane end, either a 10min walk or 2 min drive. Lane End offers a Pharmacy, coffee shop, Vets, Local Farm Shop, Pub (Grouse & Ale), The Village hall has an enthusiastic Amateur dramatics group that have some great plays which make a great evening out. Marlow is 4 miles away which offer Michelin star restaurants, fancy shopping and access to the river Thames for lovely walks. High Wycombe is 5 miles away with a main line train station to London / Oxford / Bicester /Birmingham. it also as Cinemas, Bowling alley supermarkets Swimming pool Gym ect
