Altes Kommandeurhaus in Werben an der Elbe

The Kommandeurhaus was built around 1770 for the Cuirassier Regiment 7 under the influence of Frederick II. Today the Kommandeurhaus is a place for cultural events, celebrations and living in a unique atmosphere. The listed Kommandeurhaus is located in the historic old town of the Hanseatic city of Werben and was lovingly restored from 2010. Wall heaters, clay plaster and lots of wood provide a cozy atmosphere today. The paved courtyard and associated summer stage provide a shady spot in summer.
