The accommodation has its own residential entrance door and hallway which leads up to the first floor where there is an open plan lounge and kitchen area, double bedroom and bathroom. The accommodation has gas fired central heating to radiators and double glazing. The property also has designated parking. Location - Conisborough Mews, Brough Guest have full access to this spacious, modern apartment. With one main bedroom and a lounge to sleep a further 2 guests this accommodation is perfect for those needing a quiet stay in close proximity to the local amenities. Guests have allocated parking to one parking bay. There is however an additional space often kept free for extra visitors. This may be useful should you arrive in more than one car. Available should you have any queries. I am usually away with work although I am pretty responsive to calls/texts! In this quiet neighbourhood it is easy to see why it’s a popular spot. Located within a modern housing estate, close to local amenities, this property boasts a perfect location to base yourself for a short stay. Getting to the centre of brough is pretty easy on foot. Take the pedestrianised walkway to get to local shops and restaurants. Hull is less than 10 miles away but for this I’d recommend car. Or taxi should you wish to have a drink with an evening meal. Brough also has a train station with regular trains to Hull (14 minutes)
