Farmhouse suite with heated swimming pool

Beautiful rooms, set in a large 18th century farmhouse in the heart of Sussex. Full of antiques, quirky oddities and historic charm. 10 minutes by train to Chichester 10 minutes by car or train to historic Arundel. Lovely wraparound gardens with small wooded area. . Plenty of space for children to run around and let off some steam. Great for dogs too. Walks through the back fields to a dog friendly pub. Seating and eating areas for couples picnics or a bottle of wine. Large mature pond with moorhens, dragon flies and fish to feed by a Weeping Willow if you need some shade. Woodpeckers, coots, squirrels, rabbits,owls you name it we’ve probably got one. A good size heated outdoor pool with plenty of seating areas (shaded and sunny), surrounded on 3 sides by high flint walls. If you enjoy a walk and don’t want to drive you can walk across the fields from the back of our house to Walberton Village. There is a pub for a drink or lunch called The Holly Tree. There is also a small children’s playground and playing field..You can also take a slightly longer walk through the field past the golf course and pretty village church to The Black Horse pub at Binsted which has a lovely garden to sit in. Food is served as well. If it’s cold come back to our open fire in the winter or a refreshing swim in the swimming pool in the Summer. We are well connected to London (1hr and 40 mins), with a local train station - direct line to Victoria.
