Studio One, a peaceful country retreat

Studio One is a brand new apartment that adjoins the main house, situated in a rural village location but just 5 miles from the centre of the beautiful city of Norwich. On the edge of a pretty village with great amenities Including farm shop, a well stocked village shop, chemist, pub and a few takeaway options which are all a short walk away. There is a regular bus service from the village to the centre of Norwich and the beautiful Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads are all conveniently located. Studio One is modern, light, airy and spotlessly clean with a small, south facing patio which is ideal for al fresco meals during the summer. Studio One has its own private front door and a key safe located next to it. We have motion activated lights to assist access during dark times. Because Studio One is attached to our home we are on hand to help should it be needed. However, we understand that guests value their privacy so will only interact as and when it is called for or wanted Being in a quiet rural location there are many lovely country walks close by as well as a short distance away by car. There is a regular bus service from the village to Norwich city centre. Norwich also has an international airport which is about 10 miles from the apartment and a mainline railway station about 5 miles away. There are also several Park and Ride facilities around Norwich. Our nearest one is Harford. There is free WiFi and a Sky Q mini box for the use of our guests. The bed is a super king size which can be turned into two full sized single beds if required. Please let me know before arrival if you would like the beds made into singles. We have parking on site for one car only.
