Our large 2 bedroom Apartment 20 can sleep up to 6 people. The accommodation provides a double or twin bed and en-suite to the Master bedroom and double bed in the second bedroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and lounge/diner with TV/DVD. We also provide a comprehensive Sky package which includes movies, sports and children’s channels at no extra charge. There is lift access directly from all car parking levels and the apartment is on the 4th floor. You can also visit the communal sun terrace on the 8th floor, where smoking is permitted. The rate is fully inclusive of secure on-site parking, towels and bed linen, all utilities and local taxes, as well as VAT. The price also includes wifi. Our location is also ideal to commute to London – Euston is under 30 minutes away by train! For all those ski lovers, Hemel Snow Centre is a 4 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. Gadebridge Park is a great place for the kids and to stretch your legs, with the River Gade running through it. The Grand Union canal is across the road, with some beautiful walks along to Berkhamsted and Watford with pubs and cafes on the way! We are located centrally to the main line train station (which is approx. a 10 minute walk). The main line bus station is on our doorstep and we are close to M1/M25 links with direct connections to London. We are also close to Luton airport (11 miles), Heathrow (24 miles), Stansted (46 miles) and Gatwick (60 miles). The Marlowes Shopping Centre (3 mins walk) has shopmobility. At Handleys Court there is a 2.2m height restriction on the car park. There is also an additional fee payable on arrival of £5 per night should you require parking. All the Apartments are wheelchair accessible and there is lift access. There is a smoking area on the roof top garden on the 7th floor.
