Manor house built in 1850 with a surface of 3,300 sq feet, beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Surrounded by a private enclosed garden (over 25,000 sq ft) and equipped with a covered (or uncovered) heated pool. Can accommodate up to 12 people. Manor house: - Main floor 700 sq ft dining room with working fireplace, large dining table adjustable to accommodate up to 15 guests. The adjacent living room is furnished with 3 leather sofas and a large coffee table. Cable TV, Wifi, DVD player. Half-bath on ground floor w/separate dryer. We'll be happy to provide tips on restaurants, sightseeing & attractions. At your request, sheets and towels may be provided for an additional fee of €20 per person, to be paid upon arrival. IMPORTANT Since 14 April 2017, our home Les Pampres de Chambines has been classified as a “Furnished Tourist Rental” with a 4-star rating. This classification guarantees a very high level of comfort, furnishings and equipment; however, it also requires us to collect a Tourist Tax from our guests, which we then pay to the French State. The amount of the Tourist Tax is €1.60 per person (aged 13 and above) and per night, collectd directly by AirBnB. This sum cannot be included in the price of the rental or deducted from the security deposit.
