Single quiet room solihull. Good links to Bham

A warm, homely and friendly house I am situated in a peaceful close with nearby parks and lakes. I’m 5 minutes walk to the bus stop which takes you to Birmingham city centre or Solihull as well as other destinations. I’ve recently had an extension so the kitchen dining area is new and I’m pleased with it. There’s a tv is the dining area as well as the living room You’re welcome to use the lounge to relax I’m an easy-going person so happy to chat and socialise or give space when needed 5 minutes walk from the bus which goes to solihull town centre/ Birmingham city centre Train is a 15 minute walk (SHIRLEY station) Shops and restaurants are nearby It very peaceful and quiet where I live Bus is 5
