Private room in a stunning custom home on a 30 acre horse farm! Pheasant Walk Farm is a gated property located 7 miles from Devil's Den and Blue Grotto, 9 miles to HITS, 17 miles to WEC, and 19 miles to I-75 in Ocala and Gainesville. Close to downtown Williston and 15 minutes to Dunnellon and the Rainbow Springs! PLEASE NOTE: Members of this household are immunocompromised and at high risk for COVID-19. If you are not vaccinated, please kindly do not book with us. Thank you!! Built in 2016, Pheasant Walk Farm's main house offers luxury and comfort in a well-appointed and modern space. A spacious guest bedroom in a wing on the other side of the house from the master suite features ample storage space, blackout shades, and flat screen TV. An unjoined adjacent bathroom is solely for guest use and is well stocked with towels and toiletries. Impressive chef's kitchen, cozy den, and beautifully appointed living room round out this lovely space. And for those who enjoy outdoor seating, there is a wonderful lanai with a firepit available for guest use! Guests have full use of the kitchen, dining area, living areas, and laundry. The safety and enjoyment of our guests is our top priority, so we ask that guests only interact with the horses or access the equine facilities when accompanied by Dominic, Ann, Nicole, or a PWF staff member. For clarity: This is the home of Ann and Dominic, the ad is managed by their daughter, Nicole. The spaces we offer are on the same 30 acre property, but at two separate addresses. Ann and Dominic are both busy professionals who often work long hours. Often, I (Nicole) will be there to meet you when you check in, especially if it is on a weekday! This is a working horse farm and pig sanctuary and we are thrilled to share our love for these animals with our guests! Opportunities to interact with our equine and porcine residents can be arranged before or during your stay, but we do not offer horseback riding as our residents are either retired or high performance competition horses and not suitable for casual riding experiences. During the summer, we do spend our daytime hours working on the property which may include mowing, tree work, landscaping, animal care, and other activities which involve moderate noise.We are extremely respectful of our guests and we do not work on the main house side of the property before 8 am or after 8 pm.
