TZIATAKI HOUSE

The house is situated on a slope overlooking a breathtaking view of the sea. It is only 2.5 klm from the main port ( 10 minutes by car) and 2klm from Xela, which is one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. The aura of the mountainous serenity combined with the impressive view of the sea along with the relaxing dips in the house's private pool all add up to the summer holidays you've always dreamed of having. With just a ten minute drive from the port, the visitors have easy access to restaurants, bars, cafes, super markets, bakeries, gas stations, pharmacies, bookstores and outdoor movie theatres. The side of the island where the house is located has dirt roads. For your trips you need a car. The house provides a car park. Kea is the first island, portal to the rest of the Cyclade islands. The island is reached by ferry from the new port of Lavrion in 1 hr sailing time. The ferry boat timetable, especially during the summer months, is very frequent. Either by public transport, taxi or private car, the port of Lavrion is, itself, only some 30' from-or- to the Athens International Airport, Eleftherios Venizelos, and easily accessible to and from the center of Athens in a mere 50'.
