Superking bedroom (or Family Suite) in B&B home

Rookwood Farmhouse B&B offers a warm welcome just outside Newbury. The Blue room is a superking bedroom (can be split into a twin beds) with a large private bathroom. There is also a small double room available (extra cost) for families that will share the bathroom. Guests have use of a large private sitting room. The home has extensive, landscaped gardens and a heated, outdoor swimming pool for guests' use during the summer months. A full English or Continental breakfast is served daily.
