The property benefits from a number of separate lounge areas to accommodate multiple groups. There is a large extended family room (kitchen plus lounge) adjoined by a more formal dining room, separate lounges and lovely outdoor space in the gardens. Guests have access to a lovely large lounge and kitchen area, plus lovely gardens. There is as much or as little interaction as guests like. The house is quite large so easy to come and go without much disturbance. We are fairly relaxed but will also work hard to help make your stay easy. Stratford Upon Avon is a unique setting. Trains run from Stratford Upon Avon to London which is easily accessible for a day trip and to Bicester Village if your interest lies in a retail outlet specialising in luxury brands. Stratford Upon Avon is on the fringes of the Cotswolds for day trips. The nearest airport is Birmingham located about 25 miles away.
