You have 3 parking spaces all on our large gated family compound.Our home is adjacent to the cottage so were always around if you need anything. Enjoy sitting outside the small herb garden patio & grilling your favourites while catching up with friends, "The Cottage"is nestled between the beautiful Buckingham villages of Mentmore and Crafton , easy access to local villages & towns/trains to London (29 minutes from Leighton Buzzard) The cottage is lovely and well equipped for your stay. It is a non smoking property so we do ask everyone to take a nice stroll down the lane and we have many bridal paths around for hiking and there is a picnic basket for you to take on a day out. Our home is adjacent to the cottage and our own private yard is on the backside and we ask everyone to kindly respect our private yard. We want everyone to have a fabulous time in the cottage we also have a local lady that does fabulous afternoon teas and can deliver and we are always happy to receive any food delivery’s before your arrival and if its a special occasion or celebration I’m happy to help. You will have your own gate access remote to come and go You will also have ample parking so if you have friends or family visiting they will also have gated private parking. owners can be available at anytime Our cottage is situated between two sleepy villages but offers easy access by car or bike to local towns such as Wing, Leighton Buzzard , Tring , Berkhamstead, Buckingham and Milton Keynes. Our property is nestled in the shadows of The iconic Mentmore Towers . Our area is very popular with cyclists and ramblers. Taxis available from Wing (5 minutes), Leighton Buzzard (15 minutes), Tring (15 minutes) from us Train stations: Cheddington (5 mins), Leighton Buzzard (15mins), Tring (10mins) please check schedules on the Trainline app All mainline Euston Station zip into London in 29 minutes on the direct line We do not allow pets however we have a big chocolate lab and he will move out of the cars way as he tend s to get in the way
