Self-contained Annex

Our self contained annex is on two floors with a separate entrance. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining space, with fridge/freezer, cooker & washing machine together with the basic cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. The first floor contains the large bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. WiFi is provided. Situated at the entrance to a quiet cul- de-sac there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 15 minute walk away. The annex forms part of our family home. There a small patio area available for guests with table & chairs as part of a larger landscaped garden. There is a car parking space at the property and also secure cycle storage. We live on the property and are available at most times to answer any questions or provide information on the locality if required. Charlbury is situated in the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is within easy reach of Oxford, Woodstock (Blenheim Palace), Burford, Chipping Norton, Witney & Stratford upon Avon. There is a regular bus service to Witney, Woodstock & Oxford which stops nearby. In addition Charlbury has a railway station on the main Cotswold line between London Paddington & Hereford. There are many varied walking & cycling routes in the area. There is a a local shop less than a 5min walk away with additional shops, pubs & Community Leisure Centre in the town Access to the annex is via a coded key box.
