Charming Guesthouse in genuine Österlen village

Friendly charming house in a genuin ’Österlen’ village - with open planning, great kitchen ‘island’ so the whole party can be & cook together. Two bedrooms and open sleeping loft (2 mattresses) in the main house + sauna separately. Possibility to add our guesthouse (if not already booked) with two bedrooms, bathroom and pentry in a separate guesthouse. Close to the ocean (3 km) National Park (3 km) Good restaurants and cafes near by. Family bakary in the village (100 meter). A feel good house! Newly built with organic materials, ‘raw’ design, open planning & conscious details. Great atmosphere with 6 meter to ceiling in main room, glass doors entering garden from all bedrooms & an outside bathtub with a nice view! (Both ways;) The main house has two bedrooms - one double bed - one 120cm wide bed + 90 cm bed. + a small (narrow) sleeping loft with 2 mattresses (not for small kids due to the height) The main house upper room/attic is not available to rent (private and locked) There’s a guest house with 2 bedrooms and 4 beds available for extra cost (per extra person over 4 person (or a price for whole guesthouse ca 7.000kr/week) The guesthouse might have other guest so you share the garden. My friend Ninni is available for questions during tour stay. I‘m abroad. National Park - stenhuved 3 km east with long trails, beaches, prairie, deep woods and a beautiful fauna. Restaurants - plenty in the area - busy so book - and the best nearest ones are: Friden gårdskrog - delicate pizzas made with gourmet firm hand in stone oven. Svabesholm - cafe & good new chef in the restaurant, nice farmhouse in Svinaberga with stables and an English garden. BBQ Mondays! Klockargården - charming b&b in the village have a coffe, meal or glas of wine in the big orangerie. Easy with bus 3 from Kristianstad or Simrishamn, get off at Mellby skola. Close to walk to the house (400 meters) The upper loftfloor of the main house is private and not for rent (locked). The other facilities are available as sauna, washing machine, outside bathtub, hairdryer and wood - if you fill up the stack before you leave - thank you.
