If necessary, there could also be another sleeping possibility in the living room. The other rooms are furnished. There is central heating. The stove is in the kitchen and can be heated with wood or coke. There is a heat boiler for hot water. Satellite TV and washing machine is available. The farmhouse is located in the upper Waldviertel, district of Gmünd, between Heidenreichstein and Schrems. There are many sights and excursion destinations in the area: B. Blockheide Nature Park, Heidenreichstein Castle, Heidenreichsteiner Moor Nature Park, Sole-Felsen-Bad, UnterWasserReich Schrems, Käsemacherwelt Heidenreichstein, Herrensee etc. The Czech border is also nearby. The house can be rented from May to September. It is particularly suitable for nature lovers, since the property is surrounded by meadows and forest. For fishermen there are many natural ponds nearby. The Waldviertel has many different routes for hikers and cyclists. Mushroom seekers can also find mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, etc. in the woods.
