Lovely beach house beach cottage IJmuiden

Sometimes we have availability in our lovely beach house in IJmuiden, especially for outdoor lovers whom wants to know how it is to live ON the beach! Our cottage is small (ca 28 m2) but well equipped and has all the luxury you need. Good equipped kitchen, good beds, shower, solar energy, tv, wifi, heater and of course the sea! Swimming, (kite) surfing, sup, walking: just do it! At your arrival we are there to tell you everything about our little paradise, afterwards the house is all yours. Our house is at the beach, in between other beachhouses. Our house is on the middle row, near a major thoroughfare, which gives us a beautiful seaview! The house is really fully equipped, and you can use all the basics (coffee, tea, sugar, spices, oil, etc.): the place to have a great time with your feet in the sand! Towels and bedlinnen are available against an extra fee. There is no fixed toilet in the house (there is a portable toilet). The communal toilet is 15 meters away in a toilet unit, which is cleaned at least 2 times a day. We do have a shower and complete kitchen in our beach house! At arrival we will tell you all about our house. After that it is all yours! We live in Amsterdam and will be 24/7 available by phone. Several beach clubs, restaurants, supermarket (fresh baked bread everyday), yacht marina: all at walking distance. Lots of sports: surfing, kiting, kitesurfing, sup, buggy surfing etc etc. Bicycle rental at the yacht marina. Several musea nearby. By car it is a few minutes to the big supermarket, best bakery you've ever been, several more restaurants etc. Haarlem is about 15 minutes by car (lots of musea and best shopping in the Netherlands). Amsterdam is a 30 minute drive. Parking is on a private parking lot of our beach club. From there it is a few minutes walk to the cottage. Also reachable by buss from Amsterdam (1 hr) and Haarlem (40 minutes). Bicycles for rent at the yacht marina. At our beach club it is not allowed to bring pets. Bed linens and towels are not included (but at €75 per booking cash payable at arrival we will arrange fresh towels and ready to use made beds for you). Use of coffee, tea, sugar, spices, oil etc included. We are members of a beach club with rather strict house rules. We appreciate it highly if our guests respect these rules! * No pets * No loud music (silence period: eleven P.M. - seven A.M.) * Save water (drainage) * Leave public sanitation neatly behind * Bring your own toilet paper into toilet * No beach equipment, chairs or other obstructions in the walkway during the night * No football or other ball games in between the cottages * No other/more persons in and around the cottage then we agreed at booking.
