Superb bright and spacious self contained annexe attached to the main house, with double bedroom which comprises of a double bed and single sofa bed, sky tv, WiFi. The annexe also has a private bathroom, Galley Kitchen with dining area, Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and hob plus tea and coffee making facilities. We are located just off the Fosse Way, Offchurch, which is 10 minutes into Leamington Spa, 15 minutes to JLR and Aston Martin Gaydon and 15 minutes to JLR whitley. Stratford Upon Avon is 30 minute drive. We are on hand 24 hrs of the day should you need help of just simply want to ask about the local area. We are ideally located for Leamington spa and Warwick. There are 2 very good public houses in walking distance. The Stag at Offchurch and the Red Lion at Hunningham. We are next door to Hill Top Farm who have a fantastic range of produce and cater for breakfasts, lunch and on special occasions Dinners. We highly recommend a visit, it is a short drive or a 15 minute walk across fields. There are many attractions in the surrounding area.
