Upstairs there is a family bedroom to the front overlooking the village green, as well as a rear twin room and small shower room.There’s also a bicycle store for the keen cyclists. Bellerby itself is a small village on the outskirts of Leyburn. Warm and friendly it has a great community spirit, and you will often see it decorated in style to celebrate local events. With its own village inn is just a stone’s throw away serving a warm welcome and traditional pub food. For the outdoor enthusiasts, the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park opens up around you with walks right from the door. Head into Wensleydale and visit the market town of Leyburn with an array of interesting shops, cafés and pubs. It can be reached via a short two mile walk across open countryside. Nearby Middleham with its famous Castle and horse training stables, is a lovely spot to sit outside in the market square and watch the world go by. For a great family day out, the Forbidden Corner in Coverdale is a unique labyrinth of tunnels, chambers, follies and surprises created within a four acre garden, a visitor attraction unlike anywhere that you have been before, ideal for the adventurers and those young at heart! Drive a little further up the Dales and onwards towards beautiful Aysgarth Falls and the bustling market town of Hawes. Driving up to Swaledale, visit Reeth and Gunnerside or further up the Dale to Muker. With some amazing walks and breathtaking views along the way.
