Whitehouse Cottage provides well presented non smoking first floor accommodation with its own private entrance. It comprises 1 double bedroom, 1 double bed settee in lounge, open plan kitchen and dining area and newly installed superb shower room with main pressure H&C water. We include a large smart TV, up to 100Mb Broadband, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob, iron, fluffy bathrobes, hair dryer. We have off lane parking adjacent to quiet country lane. On entering via the stable style front door, you enter a vestibule that leads, via a lockable door up the stairs to the accommodation. The pine floor and pine paneled ceiling provides a homely feel. Uninterrupted views over our own fields provide a relaxing environment. Sunsets are spectacular. We have 3 horses, 7 chickens and 3 Dobermanns who are separate from the cottage but can be seen (and heard occasionally), hence we are unable to take dogs. If you require parking for a second car, please let us know so we can re-park ours accordingly. We live in the thatched cottage adjacent, so on the spot in case of any queries and advice, but will leave you to your privacy. We provide a key safe box to enable you to arrive whenever convenient. There are great pubs in Farthinghoe and Middleton Cheney with the highly regarded The Green Room in Brackley being only 4.8 miles away. We are 25 minutes from retail therapy at Bicester Village and 20 minutes from Silverstone. Stratford upon Avon is just 25 miles cross country with many interesting places to visit on route including Compton Verney and Upton house. We are an ideal base for exploring the Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire countryside. We are 500 yards from Farthing Nature Reserve, surrounded by wonderful footpaths and bridleways but only 4 mins from J11 of the M40 at Banbury
